Activate articles
Notes:
- Activating articles will cause order lines containing those articles to be reactivated in the master catalog.
- Activating articles in the master catalog will not activate them for its inherited catalogs.
To activate any of the deleted articles, follow these steps:
- Select the articles you want to activate by following any of these methods:
- Select “Activate Record” from the Actions menu next to the article you want to activate,
- Click the checkbox on top of the records to select all articles then click the Activate button,
- Click the checkbox(es) next to the article you want then click the Activate button,
The following message appears showing the number of selected articles:
You can click Cancel to keep the records inactive.
- Click Activate Record to confirm activating the articles. The article status changes to “Active”.
