Add colorways to this style

You can add colorways to existing styles by selecting one or more of the linked styles from previous seasons and carryover the style colorways which are not assorted already to the current season. To add colorways to a style, follow these steps:

  1. Right click the style you want then select Add colorways to this style, the following window appears:

Only non-assorted articles can be selected. Assorted articles have a watermark and cannot be selected.

  1. Select the colorway(s), the Next button is activated,
  2. Enter the number of article placeholders for each period, if you want, then click Next, the following window appears:

You can click the back arrow to return to the previous window. Periods are displayed based on the retail window criteria set for the catalog.

  1. Enter the seasonal attribute value(s), if they are configured for the selected catalog, you can click the checkbox next to the attribute to copy the value enetered in the first record to all records, or click the checkbox next to “Apply same attribute for all colorway” to copy the entered value of all the seasonal attributes to all colorways,
  2. Click the add button, colorways and placeholders are added as shown in the below example:
  1. Click the Next button, colorways and placeholders are added to the selected style.

Notes:

  • You can select and copy any of the displayed information, such as article number and attribute values.
  • If the size scale is activated at the catalog level, the style already exists in the catalog, and the size scale is specified, then you will not get the option to select a size scale for the colorway.
  • Values for seasonal model attributes can be configured whether they are prefilled or not, based on the previous season’s style. Fields remain editable and users can change the populated values. By default, attribute values are prefilled and the required seasonal model attributes are visible and filled even if they are not added to the configuration.
